For this reason, we allow you to update your personal information for your FaithWorks Financial account at anytime by emailing or by otherwise contacting FaithWorks Financial customer service. You may update your personal information with FaithWorks Financial by contacting your Client Services Representative.

We also educate all personnel about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. In addition, individual user names and passwords are used by approved personnel to access your personal information, providing audit trails to further safeguard the privacy of your personnel information.
